2023 was a challenging year but we managed to hold the fruit on the vines as long as possible and create a Pinot Noir we are proud of. We hand picked 1T of clone 5 into 2 barrels for 12 months.
Aromas of red and dark berry fruit, cloves and cinnamon which linger to an earthy finish. Vegan.

Hand picked on the 16th March 2023, C lones 15 and Mendoza were whole bunch pressed and the juice went straight to barrel. Wild ferment with some occasional lees sti r ring - combined with approx 30% new oak in this C hardonnay adds a bit of structure and mouth feel. Stayed in barrel for 10 months before being bottled. Vegan.
