Clones 667/777 fully destemmed ferment, and pressed into Francois Frere barriques. 10% new oak. No added yeasts. Aromas of red and dark berry fruit, cloves and cinnamon which linger to an earthy finish. Vegan. 10% off 12 bottles.

We added about 100 litres of free run from our table Pinot Noir which was picked at the end of March. This gave us some added flavour and depth.
