Angus Park™️ Sirloin Steak

One of our favourite cuts, Sirloin is tender, juicy and flavourful. Sirloin Steak is cut from the boned loin, it has minimal fat apart from the fat along the exterior of the cut. Sirloin Steaks are very versatile but we love to cook it on the bbq.
