-a clean, crisp and fruit forward style Ros Hand picked on the 12th March 2023. We picked 2.5 tonnes of our back block Pinot Noir which was lightly pressed at 11 baume. We added about 100 litres of free run from our table Pinot Noir which was picked at the end of March. This gave us some added flavour and depth. Cold settled and sent straight to bottle without fining. Vegan. 10% off 12 bottles.

-a perfumed, structured, easy drinking Pinot Noir Hand picked 16th March 2023. Clone 5 with 20% whole bunch pressed to puncheon. Gentle plunging and pressed to barrel with 20% new oak. No added yeasts. Aromas of red and dark berry fruit, cloves and cinnamon which linger to an earthy finish. Vegan.

-a perfumed, structured, easy drinking Pinot Noir Hand picked 22 nd March 2021 at 23.6 brix. Clone 115 was a 30% whole cluster ferment, pressed to puncheon. Clones 667/777 fully destemmed ferment, and pressed into Francois Frere barriques. 10% new oak. No added yeasts. Aromas of red and dark berry fruit, cloves and cinnamon which linger to an earthy finish. Vegan. 10% off 12 bottles.
