-a clean, crisp and fruit forward style Ros Hand picked on the 12th March 2023. We picked 2.5 tonnes of our back block Pinot Noir which was lightly pressed at 11 baume. We added about 100 litres of free run from our table Pinot Noir which was picked at the end of March. This gave us some added flavour and depth.
