Details:

No icing on sides, one layer of filling, ribbon, chocolate curls and shapes, dried fruit, fresh seasonal flowers. Decorations vary seasonally and image is an example of a finished cake.

Size: 15cm (5-8 servings.)

Flavours:

Vanilla Cream & Berry - Vanilla sponge, one layer of whipped cream and boysenberry filling, whipped cream on top. Warning : this cake has a few wooden popsicle sticks in it to keep it together during transportation. Please don't face smash it.

Black Forest Gateu - chocolate sponge, one layer of whipped cream, morello cherries (no liquor), chocolate shavings, whipped cream on top and chocolate decorations.

Carrot - Our traditional carrot cake, one layer of lemon cream cheese filling, white chocolate ganache icing.

Lemon - A soft lemon cake with one layer of lemon cream cheese filling, iced with white chocolate ganache.

Coffee & Walnut - A light chocolate sponge drizzled with espresso coffee, layered with smooth coffee cream and caramelised walnuts.

Chocolate Layer - A rich chocolate cake with one layer of chocolate filling, iced with chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Mud Cake - Rich and moist chocolate cake, no layers, chocolate ganache icing on top, no layer.

Red velvet cake - Rich red velvet cake with vanilla cream cheese icing and white chocolate ganache on top.
