This Sauvignon Blanc was wild fermented, and spent 11 months in a concrete egg. The result is an incredibly complex and generous wine, with a weighty palate of quince, white nectarine and lemon thyme. The palate is concentrated and bold, with great depth and a lingering fresh mineral finish.
