Corned Beef (Sliced)

Our corned beef is cured in a unique garlic cure and slow cooked to produce an exceptionally moist piece of meat. We then slice medium thick (same as our ham). Best served as a traditional Reuben sandwich on grilled rye bread with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.

All our sliced meats have no gluten added and contain a small amount of preservative 250 (0.03%) to ensure our meat arrives at your home in perfect condition.
