Handcrafted in our coveted luxurious blend of silk and cashmere, the Z Top is a new asymmetric one sleeve design. Fully fashioned with a continuous sleeve that wraps around the neck seamlessly. On the oppostie side of the garment an adjustable drawstring tie creates multi look and length options. Available in carmine.

Pair with the ZZ cashmere sleeves for full arm coverage.
