The addition of pitted dates to the original Pata recipe enhances the "nutty" flavour of the hemp. This is not a sweet spread - just 1g sugar / 20g serve. Certified organic hemp seeds are ground with olive oil and lightly salted. It provides the ideal balance between a regular butter experience and a tahini/nut butter alternative.
