Bread-Pastry Knife Hygiplas White Nylon Handle 25cm

This knife is similar in size and shape to one that we use in the bakery. More affordable than the Swiss-made Victorinox knife we use.

It features a 254mm stainless steel blade, with ergonomically designed handle that provides excellent grip when wet or dry.

USE & CARE: Cut on a non-abrasive surface such as wood, bamboo or plastic. Avoid cutting frozen food. Store your knife in a knife block or on a knife magnet. Never store loose knives without edge protection in a drawer because this will dull the knives rapidly. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended.
