Chteau de Fauzan stands on higher ground to the extreme east of the Minervois region and La Livinière, bordering on Muscat de Saint Jean on a clay-limestone terroir. Chteau de Fauzan produces a deep red wine with a bouquet of dark fruit, liquorice and cherry. It hits the palate with sweet tones and gives a long fruity finish.
