Cappelletti Amaro Trentino 700ml

The herbs from the mountains of Trentino, such as the sweet-scented bedstraw, peppermint, and gentian, create a high quality product and confer a rare elegance of taste. Try it in any amaro-requiring cocktails, such as a Hanky Panky :

- 45ml dry gin, such as Malfy Originale
- 45ml sweet red vermouth - we like Reid & Reid Red
- 10ml Cappelletti Amero Trentino
- Orange juice (optional)
- Orange peel twist, for garnish

Add gin, vermouth, and Trentino to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. At this point, you can add a teaspoon of orange juice, if you feel you need to add a touch more sweetness, to your liking. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
