When deciding on the size of your coat it is good to think about how many layers you would like to fit under it, and from here decide how slim/loose it should be.
Size 6 = B: 78cm, W: 68cm, L: 93cm
Size 8 = B: 83cm, W: 73cm, L: 95cm
Size 10 = B: 88cm, W: 78cm, L: 96cm
Size 12 = B: 93cm, W: 83cm, L: 97cm
