The number of people with anxiety and depression is on an alarming upward trend.
So, what is going on? What is wrong with us? Or more importantly, what is wrong with the world? Because I believe it’s not that there’s something wrong with us. Instead, I believe how we are living our lives is massively out of alignment with how we should be living.

I know about these things, because I once lived it. I stepped out of the darkness and each day I walked towards a life filled with hope and excitement.
