For the 'well endowed' ladies, this dress offers a generous cup with soft elastic around the neckline, and shirring under the bust for a stunning - and even more importantly, comfy! - fit. This sweet mini can be worn with a 'V' neckline or turned around for more coverage with a higher scooped neckline. She has a gorgeous full A-line skirt and cute gathered puff sleeve that can be worn on or off the shoulder.
