This product is not cooked, only dried. Drying treats reduces the moisture content, sealing in flavour and keeping the treat fresher for longer. Our Suppliers’ entire operation is carried out under strict MAF supervision, with audits carried out monthly. It is a MAF registered premises under a registered Risk Management Programme.
