Fully automated filling and portioning machine. The Kompakta 2-30 is suitable for all types of sausages and for filling, portioning and joining all types of casings.
The weight to be portioned can be pre-set in a range from 5 to 10,000 grams. Depending on the desired weight, this can potentially produce 250 portions per minute. The cylinder is completely made of stainless steel and has a volume of 30 litres. The Kompakta 2-30 is equipped with C60-H control and has a possibility to pre-set up to 99 programs.
