Combines herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine (WHM) to relieve nervous unrest and mild anxiety

equiv. Hypericin 375 μg
equiv. Flavonoid glycosides 7.5 mg
Schisandra chinensis ext. 112.5 mg
ext. equiv. dry (fruit) 675 mg
Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) ext.1 mL
ext. equiv. dry (herb top) 500 mg
Crocus sativus (Saffron) ext. 7.5 mg
ext. equiv. dry (stigma) 22.5 mg

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet 3 - 4 times daily

Warnings

- Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant
- Consume at least 2 hours away from ingestion of mineral supplements
- St John’s Wort is not advisable in cases of known photosensitivity and in those taking photosensitising drugs
- May cause hyperaesthesia in some sensitive individuals, especially when combined with high exposure to sunlight
