Bond’n Block not only blocks stains but bonds to most surfaces and cleans up in water. Bond’n Block is an bonding primer designed to stick to surfaces normal primers can not. It will bond to non-porous surfaces creating a sound base for top coats, e.g. Gloss paint, formica, PVC pipe & guttering, tempered hardboard.
