Paris-Brest for Bastille Day

NOTE: Please note that this cake is a limited edition for Bastille Day celebration Saturday 13th July only.

A Paris-Brest cake is a classic French pastry cake created in 1910 to commemorate the Paris-Brest-Paris bicycle race, with its circular shape symbolising a bicycle wheel.

It is made of choux pastry, filled with a rich praline cream, garnished with slivered almonds.
Serve 8-10.

Allergens: Contains gluten, dairy products and tree nuts. We do not add any coloring in our cakes.
