Galette des Rois - Kings' cake

Puff pastry with Frangipane almond cream and pears. A fun French tradition to celebrate the feast of the Epiphany. A porcelain lucky charm is hidden inside the galette and the person who gets the piece becomes “King” for the day and wear the golden crown as a symbol of royalty. Comes with a golden crown and charm hidden inside the tart. 6-8 servings.
