It’s difficult to find wood this good! Our Pohutukawa splits are best suited to offset smokers (stick burners) and our chunks are best suited to Kettle, Ceramic and Pit Barrell type smokers. Pohutukawa is incredibly versatile, and it will make all the difference to your BBQ, Asado or Braai.
