Rok these official RokFit 5mm Knee Sleeves when you require some additional knee joint support. These durable sleeves are made from a strong 5mm neoprene that is moisture wicking and won’t irritate your skin. Features a custom silicone band on the inside top to give it extra support to help from sliding down during use. These are great for general use in the gym, when you need some support during lifts, or even to protect your knees when banging them on the ground during lunges.
