Contemporary Kākahu - Pātiki Moana Blue

The Pātiki Moana Blue Design incorporates a blend of royal blue, black, and turquoise coque feathers, accompanied by a 2inch royal blue pātiki taniko band and finished with white coque feathers.

The inspiration for this design is taken from Māori beliefs, where the colour blue symbolizes wisdom, self-reflection, and the strength of the ocean. These designer kākahu are highly regarded for their exceptional quality and have been featured in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, Tatler, and Glamour Magazine.

They are handcrafted with strict adherence to tikanga (cultural customs) under the guidance of a kaumatua, by a whanau (family) business based in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Our designs are made to fit most of the whānau.
