A non dairy topping for desserts such as trifles and cakes, Birds Dream Topping is a powdered mix which is easy to make and will stay firm once whipped.

Just add a 1/4 pint of cold milk to a bowl, sprinkle in the powder, while whisking until light and fluffy, then simply enjoy.

Serves 4, dreamy, light instant delight. Great as a cream substitute. Suitable for Vegetarians.
