For fitted garments, as a rough guide, you want your own waist measurement to be 2-3 cms smaller than the waist measurement of the garment you are purchasing.

Katie is 5' 8" and usually wears a size 6-8 (NZ). She's wearing our size 8.

Loose fit through the waist. Standard fit through shoulders and bust.

Accessibility note: The blouse fastens with a single small snap at the centre front neck. Each cuff is fastened with a small shell button. These should not need to be unfastened to slip on, though if you need to push your sleeves up they would need to be unfastened. The front hem is shorter than the back hem, making tucking easier for wheelchair users.
