For fitted garments, as a rough guide, you want your own waist measurement to be 2-3 cms smaller than the waist measurement of the garment you are purchasing.

Natarsha is 5' 9" and usually wears a size 6 or 8 (NZ). She's wearing our size 8.

Standard fit, true to size through shoulder and bust, waist and hip.

Accessibility note: The dress fastens with shell buttons from neck to hem. The relaxed fit does mean you could leave most buttons fastened and just unfasten the top few to slip over your head. The cuffs are fastened with two shell buttons. These should not need to be unfastened to slip on, though if you need to push your sleeves up they would need to be unfastened.
