Accessibility note: The dress wraps around the waist and fastens with ties - there is a small slit for the tie to thread through at the right side of the waist, and a tiny dome to snap closed at the left side of the waist. Wheelchair users might find they need to tuck the long skirt and waist tie. There is a shell button and loop closure at each cuff.
