Takahē Tea Towel

From our range of New Zealand tea towel designs. This stocky cousin of the pukeko was once thought to be extinct. Since it's rediscovery in 1948, the takahē has been the focus of a hands on conservation effort to increase the population and save this beautiful, dinosaur of a bird.

100% natural cotton, off-white tea towels are screened with our great range of designs. 51 x 76 cm. Each tea towel is hand-printed using water based inks (heat cured to last!).
