Pepe para riki/Copper butterfly Organic Cotton Baby Onesie

From our baby onesie New Zealand design range. Aotearoa has 4, 7, or more species of copper butterfly - more research is needed! Adult copper butterflies have copper and black markings and can range in size from 17-35mm. Their eggs are laid on the underside of pōhuehue/muehlenbeckia species where their small green caterpillars reside. See these beauties flying close to the ground in the summer months.

Our organic cotton baby onesies are designed in Sweden and made with 95% GOTS certified organic cotton and 5% elastane in GOTS certified production units in India (read more here). Each baby onesie is hand-printed using water based inks (heat cured to last!).
