After all that fighting in Round 1 & 2 , Rodney really wanted to get a new thing going for him and Daewon. Stuff got boring in skateboarding and they just wanted to have fun.

On December 2002 they got together for coffee and started talking about creating a new home. After a few months "Almost a skateboard company" came into fruition.
