New Zealand Rural Sports Supreme Award

Solid post worked from native timber, inspired by the humble fence post, this design represents the steadfastness and determination of rural New Zealanders.

The details on the post include inlaid, pāua, silver ferns, and engraved kiwi iconography creating a scene of rural life in New Zealand.

The centre of the post has been cut away, and replaced with clear acrylic panels UV printed with the title of the award. Inside this clear space, on top of the post, is a moving paragraph on rural sporting and New Zealand pride engraved into the timber.
