Made to order. A knife to keep for generations and perfect for daily use. Made from recycled carbon steel (old car springs) and wood, this impressive knife has given discarded materials a new lease of life.

High carbon steel knives will patina to a dull grey with use. Immediately after use, wipe clean, dry and put away in a knife block to protect the edge and prevent rust. If rusty, rub the blade with a paste of baking soda and water. Please note that carbon steel will patina over time to a dull finish.

As each knife is hand forged and beaten into shape, no two knives will ever be the same and measurements may vary slightly.
