Significant Ring Silver Sapphires

Large signet ring style with square/oval(ish) face and slopping shoulders. Seven white natural sapphires (3mm) dotted on top using the cast-in-place method. Comfortable and smooth to wear.  Size of the ring in store: P- Q ( 17.93 mm inside diameter - 18.34mm inside diameter ) NOTE: Due to the ring not being a perfect circle, the size is approximate.
