Cationic guar gum is a versatile natural thickener, conditioning agent and dispersing agent.
It is used in skincare and haircare gels, creams, lotions, conditioners and sunscreens. It can also be used in shampoos and bodywashes to provide smoothness and conditioning to the skin.
Cationic guar is positively charged and as such is substantive (sticks to) hair and skin, providing conditioning and moisturisation benefits.
It provides slip and lubricity to emulsions and improves wet and dry combing of hair.
