Pure Sodium Chloride is chemically the same as table salt, however does not contasin iodine or free-flow agents like sodium ferrocyanide. It contains up to 99.9 percent sodium chloride. The rest of the salt consists of a very small percentage of water, plus trace minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
