Wildly Tamed with Juniper - award winning

 

Our fantastic venison and pork sausages with a hint of dried juniper berries. This sausage has won the bronze medal at the sausage competition 2024. Worth a try 😀

Made of deer meat and a touch of pork to complement the texture. These sausages are smoke in manuka wood chips and hang to dry for a week before they are ready. They are best eaten cold as part of a charcuterie board but we like to throw one on the grill now and then.

Ingredients: deer meat, pork and pork fat, juniper berries, curing salts, salt, pepper, natural hog casing.

size: comes in a shape of a horseshoe, approx. 220g
