"My multilayered artworks communicate fantasy, mystery and discovery whilst hinting that things may not always be what they seem. In today's society, people are often in search of an escape from their realities. Fantasy can be used as a coping mechanism and my surrealist compositions allow viewers to escape into a world that is unreal. My art inserts magic into the mundane and both allure and provokes the imagination of my viewers. My bold aesthetic statements are full of distorted and disorientated realities suggesting that life and people are full of layers and that the mind can be both a light and a dark place."
