I have been living in Rotorua since 1999 and I started Māori weaving in 2007, I have learnt weaving at Waiariki institute of Technology in Rotorua for 2 years. I began to work on my Toi Paematua Raranga at Te Wānanga O Aotearoa in 2010 and graduated Toi Paematua Level 6.

Through my raranga experience I have learnt about Māori culture and met many lovely people and lifetime friends.
