From his workshop in the Waikato, Tom Muir creates beautiful kitchenware from salvaged wood, which is designed to last through the generations.

These gourmet are made from salvaged Black Marie timber log in the Pureora Forest for the blade and Pukatea handle from Kaihu on the Dargaville coast.
