Frozen Lamb Sausages

Our lamb sausages are made using our seasoning mixture. 98% lamb and 2% seasoning. The meat has a coarser grind giving it a good meaty flavour. Cook over medium heat until all sides are golden brown, the meat should be slightly pink in the middle keeping it nice and juicy—approximately 70g per sausage.

Ingredients: Organic Lamb (98%), salt, tapioca, rice-flour, potato flakes, herbs, and spices(mostly organic). Gluten-Free. Preservative Free. Dairy Free.
