Classic Beef Patties

The meat has a coarser grind giving it a good meaty flavour. Coat with oil salt and pepper and then sear on a hot plate until brown on both sides, trying not to let any of the tasty juices escape. Once brown on all sides take off the hot plate and rest for five minutes before eating. 150g per patty.
