Lamb Rump Steak

 

Whether you’re cooking on the barbecue, a chargrill (as this recipe calls for), or a frypan, Season with salt and pepper, and make sure your cooking surface is hot before adding the steak, cook one side until moisture appears then cook the other side (2-3 minutes each side).
