Lamb French Rack
. The Rolls Royce of lamb! This elegantly cut piece of lamb is tender, lean & packed full of flavour. To achieve a nice golden crust and a pink juicy middle pan fry on high heat until all sides are golden brown, then baste with a herb flavoured butter. Rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Approximately 5-7 ribs per rack.
