Lamb Cushion Roast

Exclusive to The Organic Food Shop, our famous lamb cushion roast. The cushion roast is the lamb of the shoulder deboned. The fat is left untrimmed to provide the roast with moisture and delicious flavour. The best way to cook this is in a slow cooker on low for eight hours with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
