Cooking demonstration at Waihui Gardens

Join Jen Pomeroy in the kitchen at Waihui Gardens for a demonstration and tasting for the Hurunui Garden Festival.

Jen will be cooking delicious and seasonal recipes you can share with friends and family this Christmas and Summer. Jen will be sharing tips for cooking for a crowd and getting clever in the kitchen with some recipes you can make once but use for the week.

- Description Description For this demo, I have some of my fridge staples with plenty of ways to use. Expect beautiful salads and dressings, prep ahead tips and substitution ideas. A sweet treat to finish. Saturday 2nd November, 11am start. Demonstration will be approximately 60-90 minutes. Waihui Gardens is located at 395 Sandersons Road, Rotherham. Ticket price includes entry for the garden. Limited spots available. No door sales. Make a day of it and swing by the Amberley Farmers Market in the morning.
