Dried bay leaves (Laurus nobilis)

Dried bay leaves have a fragrant, slightly floral flavour and aroma. They can be added to soups, casseroles, vegetable dishes and sauces.

Bay leaves are a traditional ingredient in 'bouquet garni' bundles. Use whole in recipes and remove before serving.

Our bay leaves are organically grown and picked and dried in small batches to obtain optimum quality. Grown in Amberley, New Zealand by The Herb Garden.
