White Balsamic Vinegar

De Nigris white balsamic vinegar is matured in barrique in Modena, Italy. It has a mild flavour and 5.4% acidity. This white Italian condiment is a perfect compliment to meat, poultry and fish. Use to deglaze pans for sauces and dressings where a lighter colour is preferred. 500ml in glass bottle.
