Chocolate Dipped Figs

The winning combination of New Zealand grown figs and dark Belgian chocolate is celebrated by Te Mata Figs in two delicious confections. A whole fresh fig is slowly caramelised, then dipped in dark chocolate for their Chocolate Caramelised Fig. For the Figgy Delight they’ve created a figgy centre from sun-ripened figs before coating in that same dark chocolate.
